Travel Days. The "days" above include only your actual trekking program days, arrival day and departure day. It is advisable to include extra days in Kathmandu in case of weather or other unanticipated delays.

Flights back to the States:  You will be traveling back across the international dateline and usually arrive the same day of your departure, but plan several days to recover!  Optional stopovers may be available for the return to the US. Check with us.

Airline Scheduling and Planning:  Please contact us prior to scheduling your flight so that we may coordinate your arrival and departure. The itineraries are a general outline.  We will attempt to follow this approximate schedule. But, due to the nature of international travel, weather, trekking conditions and accommodations availability, please remember to be flexible. We will make decisions based on the best way to accomplish our goals of making the most relaxing adventure possible.     

The Trips price includes:

• Trekking permit, entrance fees for Everest (Sagarmatha) National Park  and Annapurna Conservation Area Project  (ACAP), and TIMS card and Trekking Permit

•  Ground transportation and airport pick up and drop off

• Three nights at a 3 Star Hotel in Kathmandu and three breakfasts

•   A Guide & Porters

•   Teahouse, A room with two beds

•   3 meals per day, vegetarian or non-vegetarian,  plus three times hot drinks during the course of meals

•  Guide/porter's Insurance

•  (Everest Base Camp) Guide and your domestic flight to Lukla, plus airport tax.

•  (Annapurna Base Camp) Private or public transportation to trailhead.

•  (Annapurna Circuit) Guide and your domestic flight, Jomsom-Pokhara

• Sightseeing in Kathmandu with a Guide. Travel van or taxi is provided.

The Trips Price does not include:

•  Visa fees: $40 single entry, 30 days

•  Travel insurance which covers lost or damaged luggage, delays, medical emergencies, etc

For all treks you will need to bring your own sleeping bag rated from 0 to -5F,  a waterproof jacket,

and a comfortable pair of waterproof hiking boots.

The guides you selected, Shambu and Ramesh, were outstanding. I appreciated that they walked with the slowest hikers and assisted with carrying packs where necessary. The porters carried our gear without complaint and everything arrived each evening undamaged.
